The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the use of our website and our services.

2. Object

The present General Conditions of Sale aim to define the terms and conditions applicable to any order placed on the site lapazexperiences.com or through any other communication channel used by La Paz (Instagram, email, etc.).

3. Scope of application

The present General Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of:

Services: wellness retreats, events, workshops
The client acknowledges having read and accepted the General Terms and Conditions before any order confirmation.

4. Booking and payment terms

Retreats / Events

  • The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit (usually 30 to 50% of the total amount – specified for each event).


  • The balance must be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the event.


Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card, or through secure online solutions.

5. Cancellation and refund conditions

Retreats / Events

  • Cancellation by the client:


    • More than [60 days]: the deposit is non-refundable

    • Less than [30 days]: no refund can be made, except in cases of justified force majeure.


  • Registration is non-refundable, but transferable to another person if conditions allow.


Cancellation by La Paz: full refund or postponement proposed in case of inability to hold the event (force majeure, insufficient number of participants, etc.).


6. Responsibility

La Paz cannot be held responsible for any damage or incident that occurs during a retreat or event if the participant does not follow safety instructions or their personal limits.

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the proposed activities. Personal insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the site and in La Paz materials (texts, images, concepts, visuals, videos, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of La Paz and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Disputes
